Procedure for legalization application

1. If relevant documents issued locally in Angola need to be sent for use in China, the documents shall be first notarized or certificated by local Notary Public or other competent authorities in Angola.

2. The notarizations or certifications need to be authenticated by Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Angola.

3. The authenticated documents shall be submitted to the China Visa Application Center in Luanda for consular legalization by the Chinese Embassy in Angola.

4. Documents issued in China or other third countries must be notarized and authenticated in China or third countries.

5. All rights of interpretation are reserved to the Chinese Embassy in Angola for whether the consular legalization has been approved and the progress of application.
